The NAMC MOB will house complementary services to those offered in the new 280-bed medical center, which will replace Eliza Coffee Memorial near the end of 2018. NAMC and North Alabama Bone & Joint Clinic (“NAB&J”) – a leading orthopaedic group serving communities in Northern Alabama, Southern Tennessee, and Northeastern Mississippi – will anchor the office building.
Cleveland Clinic and Rendina Healthcare Real Estate have broken ground on a new $32 million, 72,000-square-foot Family Health Center in Coral Springs, FL. Situated on a 5.25 acre site at the intersection of University Drive and Sawgrass Expressway, the three-story facility will be fully occupied by Cleveland Clinic and will feature clinical space, diagnostic imaging and an ambulatory surgery center. The new Family Health Center is expected to open in 2018.

The Canyon Vista Medical Office Building is a 55,000 square foot medical office building connected to the new Canyon Vista Regional Health Center replacement hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The new medical office building enhances practice efficiency with direct access to hospital services and amenities. The key outpatient services that occupy the medical office building include wound care, physical therapy, and primary care.
The first floor of the state-of-the-art facility will house comprehensive women’s services including 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, Positron Emission Mammography (PEM), stereotactic breast biopsy, bone density, and breast and general MRI. The second floor will house the high-risk and genetics program and be available for physician office and educational space. The 26,000 square foot facility is slated to open in the first quarter of 2015.
