Groundbreaking for the Paris Regional Medical Pavilion – a 40,000 square foot medical office building – is slated to occur this summer. The new facility, which will connect to the main hospital, is designed to expand the range of services and improve accessibility for patients of Northeast Texas and Southeast Oklahoma. Once complete, patients will have unparalleled access to primary care, specialty care, laboratory and other services, all under one roof.
The two-story addition will add approximately 41,000 square feet of much needed medical space. With an anticipated opening in fall of 2015, this project will offer the medical staff an enhanced environment to provide outpatient health care services.
The Clara Maass Medical Office & ICU Addition will be a four-story healthcare facility totaling 87,000 square feet. With direct connectivity to the medical center, the facility will provide optimal practice efficiency for physicians who choose to locate here. The Sierra Vista Medical Office Building will be a 55,000 square foot medical office building connected to the new Sierra Vista Regional Health Center replacement hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The new medical office building will enhance practice efficiency with direct access to hospital services and amenities. The new, custom designed physician office suites will offer generous improvement allowances for tenants. The key outpatient services scheduled to occupy the medical office building include wound care, physical therapy, and primary care.
The first floor of the state-of-the-art facility will house comprehensive women’s services including 3D mammography, breast ultrasound, Positron Emission Mammography (PEM), stereotactic breast biopsy, bone density, and breast and general MRI. The second floor will house the high-risk and genetics program and be available for physician office and educational space. The 26,000 square foot facility is slated to open in the first quarter of 2015.

Slated to open in March 2015, the 23,000 square foot facility will contain the Coastal Surgery Center on the ground floor and the Carolina Orthopaedic Specialists clinic on the second, alongside Proaxis Physical Therapy. This 2-story, 32,500 square foot Medical Office Building project is located on the campus of Southside Regional Medical Center in the heart of Petersburg, Virginia. The project commenced early first quarter of 2013 and gained it's certificate of occupancy in October 2013. The new medical facility is home to a state-of-the-art Cancer Center, a fully digital Women’s Imaging Center, as well as general medical and obstetrical office space for physicians.
The $16 million Bluffton Medical Campus is a two-story 60,000 square foot Outpatient Facility that incorporates a wide array of clinical and ancillary services, as well as space for physicians' offices.
