Harker Heights Full Occupancy

Harker Heights Medical Pavilion has reached Full Occupancy

Rendina, one of the nation’s leading healthcare real estate development firms, has executed leases for the remaining space in the Harker Heights Medical Pavilion, a 60,000 square foot medical office building in Harker Heights, Texas, about 80 miles north of Austin. The construction of the Harker Heights Medical Pavilion was completed in June of 2012 and the completion of the final tenant improvements was in September 2013. The finalizing of these leases brings the building to 100% occupancy.

Chariman and Chief Executive Officer of Rendina

The commitment to the medical office building project by the physician community was remarkable.

The new healthcare facility was developed in conjunction with, and is located on, the new campus of the Seton Medical Center. Developing the state-of-the-art medical office building was a collaborative effort between Rendina, LHP Hospital Group, and the new Seton Medical Center Harker Heights—the first new hospital in Bell County in more than 35 years. The medical office building was developed concurrently with the new hospital, and was considered integral in galvanizing interest from area physicians to take part in the new campus. Numerous specialties occupy the new medical pavilion including family practice, cardiology, OB/GYN, orthopedics, ophthalmology, ear, nose and throat, podiatry and emergency medicine.
