Rendina Healthcare Real Estate (“Rendina”), a national leader in the development, ownership, and management of healthcare real estate, today announced that its property management division has begun managing 966,264 square feet of owned and leased space for Inspira Health, a leading nonprofit health care organization serving southern New Jersey and the surrounding region. The engagement marks a significant expansion of a relationship that spans development, acquisition, and now full-service property management.
The new property management scope reflects the trust Inspira Health places in Rendina to maintain healthcare-grade facility standards across its portfolio. Rendina will provide comprehensive, hands-on management designed to elevate operational efficiency, support a high-quality experience for patients and tenants, and protect the long-term value of each property.
The engagement builds on a partnership that already includes the development of Inspira Health Center Deptford, an 80,000 square foot outpatient facility that opened in 2024 as Inspira’s 18th outpatient location. Bringing Inspira’s owned and leased space under Rendina management positions both organizations to continue advancing Inspira’s strategy of delivering care closer to the communities it serves.
“Inspira Health has been a valued partner for years, and we are proud to expand our relationship to include property management across nearly one million square feet of their portfolio. This engagement reflects the confidence health systems place in our team to deliver consistent, healthcare-grade management that supports their mission every day.”
– Richard Rendina, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Rendina Healthcare Real Estate
Rendina’s property management platform pairs national scale with local responsiveness. The team provides round-the-clock service availability with prompt response to tenant requests, conducts a 50-point daily cleanliness inspection and reinspection at every property, and is staffed by property managers who hold professional industry designations. That disciplined, service-first approach has earned a 93 percent average tenant satisfaction rating in independent Kingsley surveys and 95 percent portfolio occupancy across Rendina-managed properties.
