The RWJBarnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center is one of the nation’s most sophisticated ambulatory health care facilities, providing the highest quality medical care in an environment designed to set a new standard for patient satisfaction. In addition, the ACC offers a broad array of amenities that increase convenience and serve to enhance the overall comfort of patients and physicians alike.

Ambulatory Care Center North Wing Development Project Overview

As of June 2019, the ACC North Wing is 100% leased. The Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health System came to Rendina with a task: Increase medical office space at the world class Ambulatory Care Center to increase access to an expansive referral network. The two-story North Wing addition added approximately 41,000 of custom-designed square feet of medical office space while seamlessly integrating with the existing Ambulatory Care Center, including climate-controlled connectivity. Rendina was committed to minimizing disruption of the day to day operation of the ACC during all aspects of the development, including concept planning, development, and ultimately construction. Rendina achieved this goal throughout all aspects of the project, while creating an excellent partnership with the health system to achieve its goal. Rendina was also responsible for the marketing, leasing, and property management of the building, continuing the partnership that was created before a shovel was ever in the ground.
