RWJBarnabas Health (RWJBH) and Rendina Healthcare Real Estate celebrated the groundbreaking of RWJBarnabas Health Family Care & Wellness at the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, NJ on March 24, 2021. When completed, the 82,000-square-foot building will feature healthcare services offered by both Monmouth Medical Center and Children’s Specialized Hospital – both RWJBH facilities, New Jersey’s largest integrated health system.
Clara Maass Medical Office Building & ICU Addition
The Clara Maass Medical Office & ICU Addition is a four-story healthcare facility totaling 87,000 square feet. With direct connectivity to the medical center, the facility provides optimal practice efficiency for physicians who choose to locate here. In addition, patients and visitors enjoy the convenience of the proximity to hospital services and amenities.
Cleveland Clinic Family Health Center
The Cleveland Clinic Coral Springs Family Health Center is a new 73,000 square-foot facility offering specialty care, outpatient surgery, endoscopy and advanced imaging services. The $53 million facility is located at the southeast corner of the Sawgrass Expressway and University Drive at 5701 N. University Drive, in Coral Springs, Fla. The addition of the Coral Springs Family Health Center is part of a $302 million capital expansion, driven by growth and the demand for Cleveland Clinic’s services in Florida.
RWJBarnabas Health at Bayonne
RWJBarnabas Health was interested in entering the Bayonne marketplace to expand the already extensive footprint created and serviced by its Jersey City Medical Center. Rendina’s team had a large task in front of it: Identify a property within Bayonne’s dense urban environment, purchase it, clear it, and build a parking garage and building. Once a square block had been identified in the heart of the city, it was the team’s responsibility to aggregate the many parcels by engaging several individual owners.
Campbell Clinic Wolf River Clinic & Surgery Center
Campbell Clinic ASC is a 120,000 square foot expansion / ambulatory surgery center on the Campbell Clinic Orthopaedics campus in Germantown, TN. Tew facility will contain a state-of-the-art surgery center with eight operating rooms, custom-designed clinical space for improved patient flow, full imaging services, and physical therapy.
Bristol Health Medical Care Center
Delivered in June of 2019, and located at the intersection of Main Street and Riverside Avenue in downtown Bristol, the 62,000 square foot Medical Care Center is occupied by Bristol Health’s Multi-Specialty Group, providing the community with a range of crucial services including endocrinology, rheumatology, urology, cardiology, and a diabetic center, for the first time under one roof.
North Alabama Medical Center Medical Office Building
The NAMC MOB provides complementary services to those offered in the new 263-bed medical center. Additional services from NAMC and North Alabama Bone & Joint Clinic (“NAB&J”) – a leading orthopaedic group serving communities in Northern Alabama, Southern Tennessee, and Northeastern Mississippi – are located in the building.
St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Center Medical Office Building
The St. Joseph's Westgate Medical Center Medical Office Building in Glendale, AZ is a three-story, 62,000 SF medical office building on the campus of St. Joseph’s Westgate Medical Center in Glendale.
RWJBarnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center North Wing
RWJBarnabas Health came to Rendina with a task: Increase medical office space at the world class Ambulatory Care Center to increase access to an expansive referral network. The two-story North Wing addition added approximately 41,000 of custom-designed square feet of medical office space while seamlessly integrating with the existing Ambulatory Care Center, including climate-controlled connectivity. Rendina achieved this goal throughout all aspects of the project, while creating an excellent partnership with the health system to achieve its goal. Rendina was also responsible for the marketing, leasing, and property management of the building, continuing the partnership that was created before a shovel was ever in the ground.
Canyon Vista Medical Office Building
The Canyon Vista Medical Office Building is a 55,000 square foot medical office building connected to the new Canyon Vista Regional Health Center replacement hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The new medical office building enhances practice efficiency with direct access to hospital services and amenities. The key outpatient services that occupy the medical office building include wound care, physical therapy, and primary care.
