Our Team

Rob brings more than 20 years of diverse Human Resources leadership experience to Rendina, with a strong background in workforce strategy, organizational design, talent management, and business operations. Earlier in his career, he built, scaled, and successfully sold a multi-location staffing firm as Vice President of New Era Staffing, strengthening his expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning. He later served as Head of Human Resources at Prolong Pharmaceuticals, where he established and scaled all HR functions for a growing biotech startup. Prior to joining Rendina, Rob was Corporate Human Resources Director at Ferreira Construction, where he led workforce strategy, HR infrastructure, and acquisition integration supporting scalable growth across 32 states.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College.

Robyn Demonico is Payroll/HR Operations Manager for Rendina. Robyn has over 20 years of payroll experience and most recently was a Payroll Specialist at Excell Refrigeration. In addition to administering payroll, Robyn’s background includes experience in accounting and supporting multiple payroll implementations. Robyn is certified in ADP Enterprise and has over 20 years of experience working with ADP.
