Brint Hahn
Senior Vice President of Finance & Asset Management
Brint Hahn is Senior Vice President of Finance & Asset Management. Since joining Rendina, Brint has provided underwriting for more than 2 million square feet of completed development and acquisition transactions. In his current role Brint is responsible for providing asset management services for Rendina’s portfolio of more than 1.5 million square feet and assisting in debt and equity structuring. Prior to joining Rendina Brint worked at organizations including Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Morgan Stanley, Aduro Asset Group and most recently Franklin Templeton where he was a Pricing Analyst for the Fort Lauderdale Equity Desk. Brint has a Bachelors of Science in Corporate Finance from the University of Akron. Brint and his family are based in Franklin, Tenn.

Janeece Coonrod
Project Accountant
Janeece Coonrod is Project Accountant and responsible for managing and performing the financial analysis and accounting for all projects under development as well as managing the accounting function for an assigned portfolio of properties. Janeece has over fourteen years related experience in accounts payable and bookkeeping. She has worked previously for such organizations as David Associates and most recently at Kitson & Partners before joining Rendina. Janeece has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University.
Amanda Dimov
Corporate Accountant
Amanda is a Corporate Accountant and her primary responsibility is managing the accounting for assigned portfolios of properties as well as performing financial analyses and preparing financial reporting packages for the portfolios. Amanda comes to Rendina with over 15 years of accounting experience that includes performing audits across multiple industries working with Yeo & Yeo, P.C., and most recently working as a Controller at Ventron Management.
Amanda has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from Kettering University, and a Masters in Accounting from Oakland University. Amanda also holds a CPA license.

Tyler Kasten
Senior Financial Analyst
Tyler Kasten is the Senior Financial Analyst for Rendina. He supports the Development and Acquisition teams in underwriting and evaluating new properties. Tyler’s previous experience includes a background in finance, insurance and commercial development. Tyler has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Real Estate degree from the University of Florida.
Reyabelle Williams
Real Estate Accounting Clerk
Reyabelle Williams, Real Estate Accounting Clerk, is responsible for cash monitoring, tenant billing, chargeback processing, and bookkeeping for Rendina’s investment entities. She brings more than eight years of accounting experience to her role, most recently serving as an Accountant at Bendcare LLC, where she managed accounts payable and bank and payment reconciliations for physician practices.
Reyabelle’s prior experience includes roles as a Staff Accountant at Coastal Property Management and a Bookkeeper at Watson Association Management, supporting the financial operations of property and association management portfolios. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Zamboanga in the Philippines.
Samantha Bhatt
AP Specialist
Samantha Bhatt, AP Specialist, is responsible for all accounts payable duties, with particular emphasis on communicating with the appropriate parties internally and externally. Samantha’s previous experience includes working as a Payment Specialist for the Clerk of the Circuit Court Palm Beach County. Additionally, she worked as an Accounts Payable Practice Administrator at Sports Pain and Spinal Rehab, and an Accounts Payable Clerk at Berger Commercial Realty. She also was a Practice Administrator at Foot, Ankle and Leg Vein Center. Samantha has a bachelor’s degree in health administration from Florida Atlantic University.

Craig Levitan
Senior Vice President,
Development & Leasing
Craig Levitan is Senior Vice President of Development & Leasing for Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. Craig is responsible for business development, leasing, and client relations. Since first joining Rendina, Craig has been integral to the growth of the company’s northeastern presence. More recently, Craig’s role has expanded to where he is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities for development and acquisition on a national level.
Craig has over 17 years of real estate experience, gained through commercial brokerage, landlord representation, and sales of commercial real estate software. He is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker and Broker of Record for all Rendina New Jersey leasing activities. Craig has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University.
A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Craig is active in the community and spends his free time coaching youth sports, namely basketball and lacrosse, as well as playing golf.

Wade Kuzmick
Senior Vice President,
Investments
Wade Kuzmick is Senior Vice President of Investments and is responsible for supporting Business Development and Asset Management through relationship development and expansion with health systems and capital partners. Since starting with Rendina in 2005, his dynamic path with the company has included roles as Financial Analyst, Asset Manager and Leasing Director, giving Wade a solid foundation in all aspects of the medical real estate sector. It was on the leasing front, however, where Wade found his true passion for medical real estate. Through a consultative hands-on approach, Wade and Rendina’s leasing team work directly with physician and hospital partners throughout the country to bring their visions to life, with a focus on cultivating long-standing partnerships and an unrivaled desire to improve the delivery of healthcare. Wade is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.

Brian Butler serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. In this role, Brian is at the forefront of shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, aligning it with Rendina’s mission to deliver innovative healthcare real estate solutions.
Brian oversees the marketing department, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals and brand values. His leadership extends beyond marketing, as he collaborates closely with all departments to foster a unified approach to business development, customer service, and project execution. Brian’s expertise encompasses a broad range of marketing disciplines, including brand development, graphic design, and strategic communications.
With more than 17 years at Rendina, Brian’s dedication and ability to navigate the complex landscape of healthcare real estate have been instrumental in reinforcing Rendina’s position as a trusted partner in the industry. Through his guidance, Rendina’s marketing team is committed to showcasing the company’s devotion to excellence, innovation, and partnership in every project undertaken.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College. Prior to his position at Rendina, Brian worked at Lama Real Estate in Ithaca, NY, where he was a licensed real estate salesperson.

Property Manager
John Romeo serves as Property Manager for Rendina, overseeing the management of properties across New Jersey. He has more than 35 years of experience in facility and property management, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
Throughout his career, John has held key roles with prominent organizations, including Target, where he served as a Facilities Management Business Partner, and Urban Edge Properties, where he worked as a Regional Property Manager. Prior to joining Rendina, he was a Property Manager at RMP-Key, LLC.
Kerry Harris
Property Manager
Kerry Harris serves as Property Manager and is responsible for providing day-to-day management and operational oversight of Rendina’s properties in New Jersey. She brings more than 10 years of experience in property and facilities management, having held positions with leading organizations such as Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE, and ALDI. Prior to joining Rendina, Kerry served as a National Facility Manager for ALDI, where she managed 153 stores across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management from the University of Greenwich.

Marie Anderson
Property Manager
Marie Anderson is responsible for managing several key Rendina properties across Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia.
Marie brings over 15 years of facility and property management expertise to Rendina. Her extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Amsurg, where she served as Facilities Manager for three years, overseeing the development, management, and operation of outpatient surgery centers. Prior to Amsurg, Marie dedicated seven years as a Corporate Facilities Manager at Moss, a renowned national construction management company, where she honed her skills in corporate facilities oversight, ensuring operational excellence. Marie also played a pivotal role at Welbeck Health Partners as a Facilities Manager, responsible for a private healthcare facility comprising 11 specialty centers. She further expanded her healthcare real estate experience at Lincoln Property Company, managing a substantial portfolio of 480,000 square feet.

Property Administrator
Christine Goodine is a Property Administrator for Rendina. Christine works with properties in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Virginia and Connecticut. Her primary responsibility is to assist in the administration of assigned properties. She also provides high level administrative support to the Property Manager, and is responsible for maintaining outstanding tenant relations at her assigned properties.
Christine previous experience includes working as an Assistant Property Manager at Avison Young. Prior to that she was an Administrative Assistant at Island Hospitality Management Corp.
