Our Team

Katie Kuzmick is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and is responsible for the management of properties in Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, and Alabama. Prior to Rendina, Katie worked for McKinsey & Company and Digital Domain Media Group. She began her career at Rendina in 2012 as a Finance Assistant and was promoted to Property Administrator in 2012 and then to Assistant Property Manager in 2015. Katie has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.

Craig Levitan is Senior Vice President of Development & Leasing for Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. Craig is responsible for business development, leasing, and client relations. Since first joining Rendina, Craig has been integral to the growth of the company’s northeastern presence. More recently, Craig’s role has expanded to where he is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities for development and acquisition on a national level.

Craig has over 17 years of real estate experience, gained through commercial brokerage, landlord representation, and sales of commercial real estate software. He is a licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker and Broker of Record for all Rendina New Jersey leasing activities. Craig has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University.

A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Craig is active in the community and spends his free time coaching youth sports, namely basketball and lacrosse, as well as playing golf.

Wade Kuzmick is Senior Vice President of Investments and is responsible for supporting Business Development and Asset Management through relationship development and expansion with health systems and capital partners. Since starting with Rendina in 2005, his dynamic path with the company has included roles as Financial Analyst, Asset Manager and Leasing Director, giving Wade a solid foundation in all aspects of the medical real estate sector. It was on the leasing front, however, where Wade found his true passion for medical real estate. Through a consultative hands-on approach, Wade and Rendina’s leasing team work directly with physician and hospital partners throughout the country to bring their visions to life, with a focus on cultivating long-standing partnerships and an unrivaled desire to improve the delivery of healthcare. Wade is a graduate of Florida State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance.

Brian Butler serves as the Vice President of Marketing at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. In this role, Brian is at the forefront of shaping and executing the company’s marketing strategy, aligning it with Rendina’s mission to deliver innovative healthcare real estate solutions.

Brian oversees the marketing department, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals and brand values. His leadership extends beyond marketing, as he collaborates closely with all departments to foster a unified approach to business development, customer service, and project execution. Brian’s expertise encompasses a broad range of marketing disciplines, including brand development, graphic design, and strategic communications.

With more than 17 years at Rendina, Brian’s dedication and ability to navigate the complex landscape of healthcare real estate have been instrumental in reinforcing Rendina’s position as a trusted partner in the industry. Through his guidance, Rendina’s marketing team is committed to showcasing the company’s devotion to excellence, innovation, and partnership in every project undertaken.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science from Ithaca College. Prior to his position at Rendina, Brian worked at Lama Real Estate in Ithaca, NY, where he was a licensed real estate salesperson.

Donna’s primary responsibility is to provide the day-to-day property management services for our properties in New Jersey. Donna joins Rendina with over 25 years of facility and property management experience which she gained while working for such organizations as Sanofi, Landmark Healthcare Facilities, and most recently for YMP Real Estate Management. Donna has an AAS in Business Administration from Briarcliff Business College and is working towards a Bachelor Science in Business and Leadership at Capella University.

John Romeo serves as Property Manager for Rendina, overseeing the management of properties across New Jersey. He has more than 35 years of experience in facility and property management, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Throughout his career, John has held key roles with prominent organizations, including Target, where he served as a Facilities Management Business Partner, and Urban Edge Properties, where he worked as a Regional Property Manager. Prior to joining Rendina, he was a Property Manager at RMP-Key, LLC.

Manny Shah serves as Property Manager for Rendina, overseeing the management of properties across New Jersey. He brings more than 15 years of property management and financial consulting experience, with proficiency in budgeting, reporting, lease negotiations, and team leadership. Manny has managed diverse portfolios, including historic landmarks, hospitals, schools, office buildings, and apartment complexes. Most recently, he oversaw operations, maintenance, and vendor management across seven hospital sites. Manny holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Criminal Justice from Pace University.

Sara’s primary responsibility is to manage the accounting function for an assigned portfolio of properties. Sara comes to Rendina with 7 years of accounting experience which she gained while working for such organizations as C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Avant Energy and most recently Madeira Products. Sara has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Business Administration from Northwestern College.

Corinna Gosman is Senior Lease Administrator and is responsible for tenant information and lease management for all managed properties. Corinna comes to Rendina with over twelve years of lease administration, legal assistant and property management experience which she obtained while working for such organizations as Phoenix Realty Management, LLC, Avison Young and most recently CBRE. Corinna has a Bachelor degree in Sociology from University of Florida and completed the Paralegal Program at Palm Beach Community College.

Kristen is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and responsible for the management of properties throughout Florida. Kristen comes to Rendina with 10 years of administrative support experience and was previously a property administrator for Rendina. In the past Kristen worked for Admiral’s Cove POA, Wells Fargo, and most recently, Key Private Bank. Kristen has an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management from Palm Beach State College.

Marie Anderson is responsible for managing several key Rendina properties across Tennessee, Alabama, and Georgia.

Marie brings over 15 years of facility and property management expertise to Rendina. Her extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Amsurg, where she served as Facilities Manager for three years, overseeing the development, management, and operation of outpatient surgery centers. Prior to Amsurg, Marie dedicated seven years as a Corporate Facilities Manager at Moss, a renowned national construction management company, where she honed her skills in corporate facilities oversight, ensuring operational excellence. Marie also played a pivotal role at Welbeck Health Partners as a Facilities Manager, responsible for a private healthcare facility comprising 11 specialty centers. She further expanded her healthcare real estate experience at Lincoln Property Company, managing a substantial portfolio of 480,000 square feet.

Courtney Cenzer is Property Administrator for Rendina. Courtney works with properties in Florida and her primary responsibility is to assist in the administration of assigned properties. Courtney also provides high level administrative support to the property manager. Courtney most recently was an Administrative Assistant at Vaaler Commercial Real Estate. Prior to that she was a Lead VPK Teacher at Bethel Lutheran Preschool. Courtney has an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Indian River State College and holds a Florida Real Estate License.

Christine Goodine is a Property Administrator for Rendina. Christine works with properties in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Virginia and Connecticut. Her primary responsibility is to assist in the administration of assigned properties. She also provides high level administrative support to the Property Manager, and is responsible for maintaining outstanding tenant relations at her assigned properties.

Christine previous experience includes working as an Assistant Property Manager at Avison Young. Prior to that she was an Administrative Assistant at Island Hospitality Management Corp.

Katie Baldwin, Property Accountant, is primary responsibility for managing accounting for designated portfolios of properties. Katie also performs financial analysis and produces financial reporting packages for designated portfolios.

Katie joined Rendina with 5 years of accounting experience she earned as a Senior Accountant at Charles A. Von Stein, Inc. In that role, Katie was responsible for overseeing and supporting the accounting operations for the property management company.

Katie has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indian River State College.

Laura has over 12 years of accounting experience and most recently was an Assistant Controller at U.S. Realty Management Company LLC. Her previous experience includes working for the CPA Firm Eisneramper LLP, where she started as a Staff Tax Accountant and progressed to the level of Senior Tax Accountant. Laura has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in accounting from LaSalle University.

Sabrina Baglivo, Property Accountant, is primarily responsible for managing accounting for designated portfolios of properties. Sabrina also performs financial analysis and produces financial reporting packages for designated portfolios. Sabrina previous experience includes working as a Tax Analyst at QVC, Inc., as well as working as a Senior Accountant at Vineland Construction in Vineland, N.J. Additionally she was a Property Accountant at Stoltz Management, and an Associate, Investor Relations at Equus Capital Partners. Sabrina has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LaSalle University, and a Master of Accounting from Temple University. Sabrina also holds a CPA license.

Jeanne Battles is Senior Paralegal. Jeanne is a Real Estate Specialist and Florida Registered Paralegal with over 25 years of experience in real estate law. Prior to joining Rendina, she worked as a real estate paralegal at the firm of Shutts & Bowen for 12 years and at the firm of Wien, Malkin & Bettex for 7 years, conducting commercial and residential real estate closings and preparing commercial leases. Jeanne graduated from the Paralegal Institute at Florida Atlantic University. She was the first President of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Paralegal Association of Florida and has served in many capacities on both the local and state level. Jeanne is also very involved in the community, leading a women’s growth group through her church and being a licensed foster parent, which resulted in adopting two children.

Jennifer Carpenter is a Paralegal with over 10 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Rendina she worked as a Paralegal for Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, LLP since 2012, and remained with the company after they were bought by Holland & Knight in March, 2023. Her experience includes supporting acquisitions, sales, and leasing activities associated with large, complex commercial transactions across the United States. In recent years, Jennifer has worked primarily with medical office clients such as Healthcare Realty Trust, HCA Healthcare, and Lifepoint Health. Jennifer has an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Volunteer State Community College.

Francie Shonkwiler is our Legal Administrative Assistant and her primary responsibility is to provide support to the Legal Department. Francie has over 9 years of diverse administrative/legal support experience. Her previous experience includes working as a Victim Services Coordinator at the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office in North Carolina. She also held the position of Senior Administrative Assistant at the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller’s Office, and most recently she was a Legal Assistant at the Jupiter Law Center. Francie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Otterbein University and is a Certified Paralegal.

Alexandra is a Property Manager based in our Eatontown, NJ location. She brings over 15 years of experience in commercial property management, with a solid history of success and a talent for fostering and supporting tenant relationships. A steadfast leader, mentor, and coordinator, she has a track record of steering capital and improvement projects, guiding top-performing teams, and optimizing internal operations. She is committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring the long-term success of the real estate investments in her care.

Tisha is a Property Administrator based in our Belleville, NJ location. Her background is in property operations, tenant relations, and financial administration. She supports daily property management functions including leasing coordination, budgeting assistance, vendor oversight, and maintenance operations. Detail-oriented and customer-focused, she is highly effective in fast-paced, multi-property environments.

Nick is a Property Administrator based in our Eatontown, NJ office. He recently graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where he was actively involved in philanthropy initiatives both on campus and within his local church community. Nick brings great enthusiasm, a strong willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset to the team.

Zaniah is a Property Administrator based in our Belleville, NJ location. She is an experienced operations and administrative professional with expertise in executive support, workflow optimization, compliance, and data management. She is skilled in document control, scheduling, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Zaniah is a licensed Real Estate agent in New Jersey.

Jaime is a Property Manager based in our Old Bridge, NJ office. She is a results-driven property and portfolio management professional with more than 15 years of experience managing commercial real estate portfolios. Throughout her career, Jaime has demonstrated a strong track record of maximizing occupancy, increasing net operating income (NOI), and leading high-performing teams. Her expertise includes asset management, financial oversight, leasing strategy, operational excellence, marketing, regulatory compliance, and tenant retention.

Rob brings more than 20 years of diverse Human Resources leadership experience to Rendina, with a strong background in workforce strategy, organizational design, talent management, and business operations. Earlier in his career, he built, scaled, and successfully sold a multi-location staffing firm as Vice President of New Era Staffing, strengthening his expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning. He later served as Head of Human Resources at Prolong Pharmaceuticals, where he established and scaled all HR functions for a growing biotech startup. Prior to joining Rendina, Rob was Corporate Human Resources Director at Ferreira Construction, where he led workforce strategy, HR infrastructure, and acquisition integration supporting scalable growth across 32 states.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Roanoke College.
