Richard M. Rendina
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Richard M. Rendina is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. Since December 2006, Richard has steered all strategic and operational aspects of the company. His leadership has seen Rendina grow exponentially, developing, acquiring, owning, and managing a premier portfolio of healthcare real estate across the nation. Richard has overseen the development and acquisition of over 4 million square feet of real estate spanning 19 states, with project costs over the $1 billion mark. Today, Rendina maintains current ownership and management of over 3.5 million square feet across 13 states.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Richard is committed to community and philanthropic endeavors. He holds positions on various organizational boards, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s National Board, the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County, and HealthyMe. Furthermore, as the Vice President of the Rendina Family Foundation, Richard plays a pivotal role in driving charitable initiatives that make a difference. His connection to Cardinal Newman High School is manifested in his service on its Advisory Board, Athletic Department Committee, and his role as Co-Chair of the Capital Campaign, championing the school’s renovation.
Richard’s passion for real estate and altruism is further demonstrated in his active participation with Notre Dame’s Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate (FIRE), where he is a proud member of the advisory board. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame in 2002, Richard earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration on Management and Entrepreneurship.
On a personal note, Richard cherishes the joys of family life in Jupiter, FL, alongside his beloved wife, Tricia, and their six children. Richard and his family love the outdoors, whether it be boating, fishing, hunting, golfing, or simply enjoying life on the Loxahatchee River.

Lawrence B. Juran
Vice Chairman & Chief Development Officer
As Vice Chairman & Chief Development Officer, Lawrence B. Juran is responsible for development and construction of all projects, company-wide. During his tenure with Rendina, Larry has developed more than 2 million square feet of space, including medical, commercial and mixed-use projects. Larry received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan with high distinction, and a Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Harvard Law School.

Michael D. Rendina
Chief Investment Officer
Michael D. Rendina serves as Chief Investment Officer of Rendina. Michael rejoined the family business in 2006 and manages all financial aspects of the company. In overseeing finance and asset management he is responsible for raising and structuring debt and equity capital and maintaining the company’s relationships with equity partners and institutional lenders. Michael graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, with a duel major in Real Estate and Finance. Michael was selected by Gulfstream Media as one of Palm Beach County’s “Top 40 under 40” in 2010. Michael is also the Vice President of the Rendina Family Foundation.

Benny Flores
Chief Financial Officer & President,
Property Management
As President of Property Management, Benny Flores leads the operations of Rendina’s national property management team and services. Benny is also responsible for all areas of accounting, financial statements, budgeting, CAM recs, third-party reporting and preparation of financial packets for new business opportunities. Benny also focuses on asset management and strategic financial initiatives across all divisions of Rendina. Additionally, Benny has been responsible for overseeing the company’s corporate and property accounting, financial reporting, insurance, cash management, information systems, and human resources. Benny began his career in public accounting with BDO Seidman, LLC in NYC focusing on the banking and healthcare industries. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with an emphasis on management from Pace University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

David B. Rendina
Chief Strategy Officer
David B. Rendina is Chief Strategy Officer and responsible for expanding and maximizing the profitability of Rendina’s portfolio of healthcare real estate. In David’s 10 years at Rendina, he has facilitated the placement of more than $450 million in capital to represent more than 1,850,000 square feet of healthcare real estate in 14 different states. David remains active in the asset management of the facilities from inception to stabilization and end of investment cycle. David is responsible for guiding Rendina’s marketing voice, working with the team that led the rebranding in 2014, as well as with public relations, facilitating article placement in industry publications.
David is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker (#BK3380602), Board Member of the Abacoa Property Owners’ Assembly, President of the Rendina Family Foundation, and serves on the Florida State University Real Estate Center Conference Committee. David graduated from Florida State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics.

Christy Evans
General Counsel
Christy Evans is General Counsel. As General Counsel, Christy leads the legal department in the documentation of all of Rendina’s acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, ground leasing, management and operational activities. Prior to her appointment as General Counsel, Christy served as Rendina’s Associate Legal Counsel, then Deputy General Counsel, for over 10 years. Prior to coming to Rendina, Christy represented clients in several aspects of transactional law, including work in public finance, commercial real estate acquisitions and financing, commercial leasing, corporate and securities, regulatory and governmental practice areas. She has also served as General Counsel to the Housing Finance Authority of Palm Beach County, Florida. Christy has worked with many local developers and residential construction companies on the financing of infrastructure for residential developments as well as representing various developers in the area of professional and regulatory licensing with regard to acquiring liquor, hotel and restaurant licenses; occupational licenses; and contractor’s licenses.
Christy, a member of the Order of the Coif, the Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, attended the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, where she graduated with high honors, served as Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the Florida Law Review, and earned an award for scholarly legal writing for a piece published in the Florida Law Review. She has also obtained a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Christy worked as a probation officer in Palm Beach County, Florida, where she earned the title “Officer of the Year,” and held various positions in the counseling and social services professions.
Zelica Quigley
Deputy General Counsel
Zelica Quigley supports legal oversight of the company’s real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and related corporate matters, working closely with senior leadership and outside counsel.
She brings more than 25 years of legal experience representing clients in all aspects of the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of real estate related to single-family and multifamily residential communities and mixed-use development projects. Zelica was previously a partner with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP (successor to Broad and Cassel LLP) where she worked for more than 18 years representing developers in all facets of the real estate development process, including platting of subdivisions and preparing, negotiating, and reviewing easements and development agreements, and resolving complex title and survey matters. She also served as Assistant General Counsel for the Falcone Group.
Zelica is a member of the Florida Bar and attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she graduated with honors and was an Associate Editor for the Nova Law Review. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

Gant Braley
Executive Vice President of Development
Gant Braley, Executive Vice President of Development, has been with Rendina Healthcare Real Estate for 23 years and has worked across multiple departments and on dozens of healthcare projects nationwide. His broad experience gives him a deep understanding of Rendina’s business and a unique perspective on how all aspects of development, leasing, and execution fit together.
In his role, Gant is responsible for leading new project development efforts, identifying and advancing new development opportunities, and overseeing leasing activities for select healthcare properties. His long-standing experience and institutional knowledge allow him to effectively guide projects from initial concept through delivery, while aligning development strategies with client goals and market dynamics.
Gant joined Rendina in 2002 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University. He and his family live in Tyler, Texas, where they are active members of First Presbyterian Church.

Joshua A. Barnett, AIA
Executive Vice President,
Design & Development
Joshua A. Barnett, AIA, Executive Vice President of Design & Development, joined Rendina Healthcare Real Estate five years ago after previously serving as a partner in a leading New York City healthcare architecture firm. Since joining Rendina, Josh has demonstrated the kind of forward-looking design leadership and technical expertise that has long been a hallmark of the firm, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality healthcare environments.
Josh brings more than 12 years of healthcare project experience, spanning small-scale hospital department renovations and tenant improvements to large-scale hospital campus expansion projects and new ground-up outpatient facilities. He is known for earning client trust through a hands-on management approach and an ability to multi-task while remaining highly organized and detail oriented. His project delivery philosophy focuses on developing solutions that advance a client’s mission and achieve their goals while remaining thoughtful of budget, schedule, and design.
Prior to joining Rendina, Josh worked with notable architecture firms in New York City and Boston, where he was involved in all aspects of project delivery from project initiation and programming through completion. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Boston Architectural College and is a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Josh is deeply engaged in the future of the architecture profession and has represented architects at both the local and national level through active involvement and committee appointments with professional organizations and service on his town’s local planning board.
Jeremy Given

Jeremy Given, Executive Vice President of Construction & Development, brings more than 20 years of construction management experience to his role, including over four years with Rendina Healthcare Real Estate. Since joining the firm after leading the Memphis regional office of one of the nation’s largest healthcare construction companies, Jeremy has worked closely with Rendina’s most important clients, earning their trust and confidence through consistent execution, collaboration, and results.
Prior to joining Rendina, Jeremy spent 15 years with Flintco, a construction management firm licensed in 35 states, most recently serving as Vice President and Area Manager for the company’s Tennessee office. Earlier in his career, he was a Project Manager with Omega General Contractors. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business in Construction Management and Land Development from Mississippi State University.

Brad A. Shockley

Brad A. Shockley is Executive Vice President – Design & Development. Brad has been with Rendina since 2001 and brings more than three decades of experience as an architect and developer with several nationally recognized companies specializing in medical and healthcare facility design. Brad uses his in-depth knowledge of building systems and the design process to expertly manage third-party architects and contractors. He has designed or provided construction management services for over 2.5 million square feet of outpatient medical facilities. His extensive healthcare planning background including outpatient surgical facilities, medical office buildings, physical therapy and cardiac rehabilitation suites, medical and radiation oncology centers, and diagnostic radiology facilities provides direct benefit to our clients’ new facilities. Brad holds a Master of Architecture, Master of Business Administration, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Design, cum laude from Arizona State University.

Calvin Brown
Senior Vice President,
Construction & Development
Calvin Brown is Senior Vice President – Construction and Development. Calvin has over 40 years of experience in both the real estate development and general contracting business. He was previously Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for a national real estate development company responsible for $100,000,000 in construction annually. Calvin was also founder and CEO of H.C. Brown Construction Company, Inc., a general contracting firm licensed to perform unlimited general building, utilities, and highway and sewer plant contracts. Calvin is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has a professional contractor’s license in five states and is currently a member of the American General Contractors Association and the Professional Estimators Association of America.

Ty Stanley, CGC

Ty Stanley is Senior Vice President – Construction & Development. Ty manages the design, development and construction for multiple projects with a focus on tenant improvements. Ty comes to Rendina with 14 years of experience in the construction industry which he earned working for organizations such as Balfour Beatty Construction, Horus Construction Services and most recently D. Stephenson Construction. Ty has a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University.

Steve Caputo
Senior Vice President,
Construction & Development
Steven Caputo is Senior Vice President – Construction and Development. Steve manages the design, development and construction for multiple primary care and related health care facilities and is a construction resource to property management on our owned/managed buildings in NJ.
Steve comes to Rendina with over 30 years of construction-related project management and critical facilities management experience. He has previously worked as a Director and Sr. Project Manager for end-to-end project life cycles in the medical construction industry. His expectations and eye for high quality facilitates the process in ground up new construction, environmental remediation and tenant fit outs. Steven has taken various courses and has obtained certifications in the following areas: Strozzi Leadership, Scrum Alliance, Dredging Engineering short course at Texas A&M, OSHA 10 and 30, Hazwopper 40, USACE & Naval QC, Hazardous Materials & Handling, commercial and industrial blueprints, schematics, and zoning. He also holds a current HP Black Seal Boilers license with the state of NJ.
Rachit Verma

Rachit Verma is Director – Construction and Development working in New Jersey. Rachit comes to Rendina from Phoenix Medical Construction where he worked as a Healthcare Project Manager for more than 3 years managing healthcare construction projects. Rachit previously was a Project Management Intern at Phoenix Medical while completing his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management Technology and Health Care Construction Management from Purdue University, where he is also currently pursuing an MBA. Additionally, Rachit has a Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Purdue University, and a Healthcare Construction Certificate from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).
Alec Puerari
Director, Construction & Development
Alec Puerari serves as Director of Construction & Development at Rendina Healthcare Real Estate, where he is responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare development projects.
Alec brings more than eight years of experience in healthcare construction and project management. He spent five years with the Mount Sinai Health System in New York City, where he managed major capital projects, including facility additions, renovations, and ongoing capital improvement initiatives. Most recently, Alec served as a Construction and Design Project Manager supporting the implementation of a large-scale master plan at Morristown Medical Center.

Ivy M. Seitman
Construction Services Coordinator
Ivy M. Seitman has more than 20 years of Contract Administration/Residential Closing experience, having worked for major residential developers prior to joining Rendina.
Her in depth knowledge of the industry has helped in streamlining our systems and controls. Ivy is responsible for preparation and administering contracts with our A&E Consultants and General Contractors, reviewing support documentation, processing Application for Payments and Project Closeout.

Natasha Green
Project Coordinator
Natasha Green is a Project Coordinator with Rendina. Natasha is responsible for overall coordination of all development and construction activities for Rendina projects nationwide, including project team coordination, contract administration, and project permit and approval oversight. She works closely with our internal and external project team members to oversee all aspects of project development. Natasha came to Rendina in 2014 as the Project Accountant and previously managed the financial analysis and accounting for all projects under development. Natasha has financial and coordination experience in a wide range of fields ranging from professional auto racing, yacht management and residential construction. Natasha has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.

Sandra Rodriguez, CPM
Vice President of Property Management
Sandra Rodriguez is responsible for overseeing the day to day management and operations for Rendina’s extensive healthcare and commercial office portfolio across the United States. Sandra brings over 16 years of diverse real estate management and leasing experience working with companies such as Holladay Properties, ProMed Properties, and most recently as the Director of Leasing and Property Management at Mount Sinai Medical Center Hospital. Sandra has expertise in several areas of medical real estate including property management, asset management, leasing, project management, market research, and maintaining strong hospital relationships through service and attention to detail. Sandra has an Associate in Business Administration from Kaplan University.

Brianna Remillard, CPA, MSA
Vice President, Controller
Brianna Remillard is Controller overseeing the Property Management, Development and Corporate Accounting functions. She is primarily responsible for internal and external financial reporting, budgeting and analysis, and compliance with internal controls. In this role, Brianna also focuses her efforts on insurance, debt compliance and treasury management. Brianna began her career in public accounting with Baker Newman Noyes in Boston, MA focusing on the banking and healthcare industries. She earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire and is a Certified Public Accountant.
